Very Poor, very high brokerage fees, no trailing stop to protect your positions! It is been a free service and has many helpful tools for learning. When I changed employers I wasn’t able to keep them. When you have more than 200K in account have to wait for hours for someone to help you, it's pathetic. Widely divergent instructions on required documentation to transfer and establish trust accounts or to be added to existing accounts, no follow up, and impossible to get a live person to assist you.
